Get a quote accepted, deliver and invoice
Example — Your client said yes by email; you want a proven acceptance, then to deliver and invoice.
Steps
- In Settings, Invoicing block, fill in address, company number, VAT and payment terms.
- On the quote, send the acceptance link to the client, or record the agreement received with its proof.
- On acceptance, the mission case opens and the deposit invoice leaves if a deposit is planned.
- In Missions, tick the steps, add the deliverables and make them available by link.
- The client validates the delivery on the link (or you record the validation): the balance invoice is issued.
- In Invoices, record payments received and confirm the prepared reminders.
Expected result
Quote accepted with proof, logged mission case, numbered PDF invoices, payments and reminders tracked.
If it fails
Without address and company number in Settings, no invoice is issued. A quote changed after acceptance requires an accepted amendment. Reminders never leave without your confirmation.
