The documents and messages you select feed the current mission. An AI estimate stays distinct from a communicated fact, and each statement drawn from a file keeps file, version and passage.
Trust and data
You see what is used, by which tool and for which mission. Protections depend on the configuration actually deployed and the applicable contracts.
The information you add serves the functions you choose. Your business's private data is not made available to other members to prepare their offers. You can review your connections, change your permissions and request an export from your workspace.
Providers
The AI route shows the provider and the data needed for its intervention. No external model is called in the demo; in production, the default provider, its regions and terms are published before any real data.
Your rights
Access, rectification, export and account closure are requested from your workspace. Data subject to a retention obligation follows the schedule shown before closure.
Professional checks
A badge shows profession, scope and date of the check. It guarantees neither competence in every area, nor results, nor the absence of fault. Copies of documents stay private.
Reporting
Every offer, request and conversation allows a report with a reason and private files. A report does not automatically suspend the reported account; a proportionate, appealable decision is made.
