Limits and delegation

  • On first use, external writes stay in preparation: nothing is sent without your approval.
  • You can then enable a precise rule: recipients, templates, hours, caps and exclusions.
  • An exception is explained in the “Your decision needed” queue; it does not block other safe preparations.
  • Quote, tax and fee calculations are performed by deterministic code, never by the AI model.
  • Each result keeps its sources, version, cost and execution status.
