Understand a quote

Example — A quote of €900 excl. VAT includes a 30% deposit.

Steps

  1. Open the quote from the request or from Documents.
  2. Check lines, amounts, validity and terms.
  3. Review the version before sending.

Expected result

Deposit €270 excl. VAT, balance €630 excl. VAT, calculated by the server.

If it fails

A quote modified after acceptance creates a new version to submit.
